There's a lot to say so I'll just give you the basics and then I can answer any questions. This is a world inhabited by the following intelligent species, humans, elves, dragons, griffins, phoenixes, werewolves and Half-bloods. All other mythical species exist, but they are not considered intelligent or organized. Two nations exist in this world. The Republic, run by the incresingly corrupt Council (which is made up of two members from each species (dragons, elves, griffins, phoenixes and werewolves)(total of 10)) and the Empire which is run by the Emperor or Empress and a group of Lords and Ladies that run the territories of the Empire (total of 5). Human kingdoms exist but they are few and don't know about the other intelligent spiecies. The last group is Half-Bloods, people who are half human and half other species (all species that aren't already humanoid can shape-shift into a human). All Half-Bloods are taken and trained as Warriors, who are keepers of the peace in the empire and republic.
